The MERTECH G400 thermal transfer label printer belongs to the industrial class. It can print up to 30,000 labels per day. This model is suitable for labeling products in retail and wholesale trade. It can print labels for marketplaces, marks for the "Honest Sign" and EGAIS, as well as cash receipts.
Advantages of the Model
The thermal transfer printer has a reliable construction. The thermal head will not fail during the printing of 50 km of labels. An 8-sensor system monitors the safety of operation. A convenient control panel with a display is installed on the body.
A wide variety of fonts can be used when selecting templates. The thermal transfer printer prints a large number of 1D and 2D barcodes, including PDF417, Data Matrix, and QR codes. Customers have access to the Bartender program for designing labels and receipts.
The model supports a wide range of printing protocols and interfaces. The basic configuration includes a USB and RS-232 cable connection to a computer. Optional Ethernet emulation and Wi-Fi are available.

The printer is suitable for label tape widths of 30-100 mm. The mechanism accommodates rolls with a winding length of up to 450 m and a diameter of up to 230 mm. The device prints on sticky labels, as well as on paper, textile, and synthetic material tapes. Wax, resin, or blend ribbons are suitable as consumables.
