The thermotransfer printer MERTECH G400 is suitable for printing labels and receipts. This industrial-grade model prints up to 30,000 labels per day. The printer can be used for printing excise stamps for EGAIS and E-Mark labeling codes, as well as for processing supplies to marketplaces.
Advantages of the model
The industrial-grade printer features a reliable design. The thermal head has a durability rating of 50 km of receipts or labels. The stable operation of the printing mechanism is ensured by 8 sensors. Settings can be managed via a user-friendly control panel with a display.
The MERTECH G400 model supports a wide range of page codes, fonts, and barcodes. PDF417, Data Matrix, and QR codes can be used for printing. With a resolution of 300 DPI, it allows printing small text. Print templates can be managed in the free Bartender software.
Wired and wireless interfaces are used for connecting to a computer. The basic configuration includes support for USB and RS-232. Optional connectivity includes Ethernet, Parallel, and Wi-Fi.
The printer features a modern design with black and gray panels. There is a transparent window on the casing to monitor the operation of the mechanism and check the remaining tape roll. Replacing the rolls takes no more than 15 seconds using the technology.

The mechanism prints on sticky labels and ribbons made of paper, textile, or synthetic materials. The suitable tape width ranges from 30 to 100 mm. The compartment is designed for rolls with a diameter of up to 230 mm and a winding length of up to 450 m. The printing mechanism is compatible with wax, resin, or mixed ribbons.
