The universal receipt printer MERTECH G80 is suitable for any business direction. The model is used in retail and the HoReCa segment. It is applied in offices, pharmacies, gas stations, and other enterprises. A distinctive feature of the model is the ability to replace the board with interfaces for connection.
Design Features
The receipt printer can be connected to a POS system or a workstation. It is also used at points without automation (for example, at markets). The basic modification offers 3 interfaces for connection:
- USB.
- RS-232.
- Ethernet.
The standard board can be replaced. Another modification offers 2 connection channels: USB and Wi-Fi. A cross screwdriver is required for replacement. The procedure takes 2-3 minutes. The replacement procedure is described in more detail in the attached instructions.
All printer parts are made from modern materials. The casing is made of virgin ABS plastic. The design is resistant to deformation.

The MERTECH G80 thermal printer prints receipts very quickly. The printing speed is 250 millimeters per second. The image quality remains high. The resolution when printing receipts is 203 dpi (dots per inch). Optionally, it is possible to increase the print quality to 300dpi for custom orders.

The latest generation thermal printers from MERTECH are adapted to work with EGAIS and "Honest Sign." They apply two-dimensional QR codes to receipts. When scanning the two-dimensional barcode, the customer sees an electronic copy of the receipt.
