The portable MERTECH 50 mini counter is designed for off-site transactions. This compact device can easily fit into the glove compartment of a car. The model is available in two variants: with a battery or with mains power supply.
Construction Description
The compact MERTECH 50 mini counter is suitable for shops and offices. The device operates on any flat surface. The counting speed reaches 800 banknotes per minute. The hopper capacity is 100 banknotes.
During counting, the money is checked for authenticity. Three detection methods are used:
- Ultraviolet radiation.
- Optical density of the paper.
- Length and width of the banknote.
The detections are performed automatically. The result is not influenced by human factors. The result of the counting and analysis is displayed on an LED panel. If the system detects a suspicious banknote, it will emit an audible and visual alert. If there is a suspicion of a counting error, this will be reflected on the display.
