SBP MERTECH Mini

The SBP payment terminal MERTECH Mini with NFC combines the functions of a QR display and an NFC module. The design of the device is intended for wall mounting. The terminal is designed for processing payments via SBP or other similar services. Installing the devices allows for receiving transfers from mobile phones.

Design Features

The Mini modification features a small form factor. The dimensions of the device are 90x70x20 mm. On the back of the case, there is a mount for wall installation. The mechanism ensures secure fixation on any surface. The installed device can be easily removed for relocation.

The body panels are made of impact-resistant plastic. The material can withstand multiple drops from 1.5 m onto a hard floor. The wall-mounted device can be connected to a cash register via a USB port or Bluetooth signal.

How the Terminal Works

The cash register program generates a link to the payment form. The software encrypts the link in two ways: as a QR code and an NFC tag. The customer can choose the most convenient option:

• scan the QR code with their phone camera;
• bring the smartphone closer to read the NFC tag.

After the link is sent to the mobile bank, a filled payment form will open. The buyer will not have to enter the purchase amount, as it will already be specified in the template. Once payment is confirmed, the money will be transferred to the seller's account within 15 seconds. The display will show a message about the status of the transaction: successful credit to the account or an error during the transfer processing.
