      Description

      The MERTECH SUNMI L2Ks data collection terminal is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The terminal can be utilized for order picking and inventory management in stores, as well as for warehouse and logistics automation.

      Body Features

      The design is developed based on user feedback. The result is a thin and lightweight data collection device that can be operated with one hand. The dimensions of the body have been reduced without compromising strength. The device withstands drops from heights of up to 1.8 m. The body protection class is: IP68.

      The model is equipped with a touch LCD display. Thanks to the bright display, the terminal can be used under direct sunlight. The model also features an industrial button keyboard.

      To protect the power button from accidental presses, a bezel has been added. The scanning buttons are located on the front panel, on both the left and right sides of the body. Users can choose a button that is convenient for them.

      Scanning Module

      The MERTECH SUNMI L2Ks is equipped with a professional scanning module. Scanning labels is possible from a distance of up to 1 m. The system recognizes all popular 1D and 2D barcodes. The device is suitable for tracking alcohol and working with E-Mark labeling.

      The scanning module can recognize scratched, dirty, or crumpled codes, as well as labels covered with transparent film. Barcode recognition is accompanied by an audible and visual signal. The brightness of the front backlight in this model has been reduced to lessen the strain on the operator's eyes.

      Battery

      The device operates on a high-capacity ATL 5000 mAh battery. An intelligent overcharge protection system is in place.

      Advantages of the installed battery:

      1. More than 800 recharge cycles without capacity reduction.
      2. Performance is maintained for 3 years.
      3. A single charge lasts for 16 hours of operation.

      There is a backup power battery in the design. When replacing a discharged battery with a charged one, the device does not turn off, and data is retained in the RAM.

      Interfaces

      Support for dual-band Wi-Fi, cellular communication up to 4G, Bluetooth and BLE 5.0, GPS, and NFC is implemented. For cellular communication, a microphone with dual noise cancellation and high-quality speakers are provided.
