MERTECH T8900 is an embedded barcode scanner. It is designed for reading 2D and 1D codes. The device can be embedded in the work area or placed on a table. A wired connection is used to connect to the base.
Technical Specifications
The body of the model is made of plastic and polycarbonate (ABC + PC). The shape of the body is rectangular, and the color of the panels is black. Dimensions: 143*119*67 mm. The device weighs 209g. It is designed to withstand drops from a height of 150 cm. The level of protection against dust and moisture is: IP54.

Advantages of the Model
The MERTECH T8900 barcode scanner is specifically designed for use in the E-Mark system and for tracking alcohol via EGAIS. It recognizes all known barcodes, including the DataMatrix code used for product labeling. Label scanning is performed using SUPERLEAD technology.
The reader operates using 2D Image technology. It photographs labels and recognizes codes using the built-in program. This model features LED 617 K red backlighting. Thanks to the backlighting, clearer photographs are obtained, and recognition occurs faster.
The device recognizes damaged and unclear labels. It easily reads small barcodes from cigarette packaging. Glare from films does not impede scanning. The reader can recognize data from screens and other complex surfaces.
