Benchtop scales M-ER 222 F-32.5 "Connect" LCD USB (COM)

M-ER 222 F-32.5 "Connect" LCD USB (COM) is an ultra-slim weighing scale. The model can be used for integration into cash desks or kiosks. The built-in model saves space on the cashier's workstation. A USB (COM) interface is used for connection to the POS system. The weighing results are displayed on an LCD screen (with backlight).

Design Features

The M-ER 222 F model features compact dimensions. The body dimensions are: 330*320*80 mm. The platform size is: 330*255 mm. These are among the thinnest scales available on the market. The accuracy class of the weighing device is III. The device operates according to the CAS-M protocol.

The MERTECH company produces 2 versions of the model. They differ in weighing limits:

1. M-ER 222 F-15.2. Maximum load – 15 kg. Minimum load – 40 grams. Division value – 2 grams.
2. M-ER 222 F-32.5. Maximum load – 32 kg. Minimum load – 100 grams. Division value – 5 grams.

The package includes an external LCD display. The user can turn the screen backlight on and off. The equipment operates from an electric network. A power adapter is included in the package.

Operating Rules

The device can be installed on a flat surface that is not subjected to vibration. The platform should be positioned horizontally. Its position can be adjusted using supports. After installation, it needs to be connected to the POS computer via a USB (COM) cable. Synchronization with most online cash registers occurs automatically (drivers are included in the package).

After installation, the device can be turned on. The display will count down to 0. After that, a "0" will appear on the screen and the stabilization indicator will light up. When this happens, the equipment will be ready for operation. Weighing of goods can begin. The results will be displayed on the screen and transmitted to the POS system.

Overloading the scales beyond 5 times the maximum weighing limit is not permitted.
