M-ER 222 F-32.5 "Connect" LCD RS-232 is an ultra-thin packing scale. The model can be used for integration into cash desks or counters. The built-in model saves space on the cashier's work desk. The RS-232 interface is used for connection to the POS system. Weighing results are displayed on the LCD screen (with backlight).
Design Features
The M-ER 222 F model features compact dimensions. Body size: 330*320*80 mm. Platform size: 330*255 mm. These are some of the thinnest scales available on the market. The precision class of weighing is III. The device operates on the CAS-M protocol.
MERTECH offers 2 variants of the model. They differ in their weighing limits:
- M-ER 222 F-15.2. Maximum load – 15 kg. Minimum load – 40 grams. Division price – 2 grams.
- M-ER 222 F-32.5. Maximum load – 32 kg. Minimum load – 100 grams. Division price – 5 grams.
The set includes an external LCD display. The user can turn the screen backlight on and off. The equipment operates from the power supply. An adapter for power supply is included in the set.
Operating Rules
The device can be installed on a flat, vibration-free surface. The platform should be positioned horizontally. Its position can be adjusted using supports. After installation, it is necessary to connect to the POS computer using the RS-232 cable. Synchronization with most online cash registers happens automatically (drivers are included).
After installation, the device can be turned on. The display will count down to 0. After that, "0" will be displayed on the screen and the stabilization indicator will light up. When this happens, the equipment will be ready for use. You can start weighing goods. Results will be displayed on the screen and transmitted to the POS system.
Overloading the scales by more than 5 times the maximum weighing limit is not permitted.
